Please call or e-mail Jager Meister GSPs before sending this request. Thank you.

If you would like to reserve a puppy from an upcoming litter, please do the following:
    1. Call or Email us regarding your intention to purchase a puppy. Include your name, address, and phone number. Also, include how you will be paying the deposit (Money Order, PayPal or Cash-in person)and your choice of male, female, or first available. If puppy photos have already been posted please identify choice by assigned name. This email is important as it is a preliminary means of us recording your information.
     2. Please completely fill out the puppy reservation/contract form below. Once you have printed and signed it. Send the form and $200 money order to Jager Meister GSPs, 104 Kineon Drive, Gallipolis, Ohio 45631. If paying through paypal, please send paypal payment to uplandpointers@jagermeistergsps.com and E-mail form to same address. If you cannot scan signed form into an e-mail, please snail mail the reservation form as soon as possible. We will sign and return a copy to you immediately upon receipt. This contract protects both the buyer and seller.
     3. Upon receipt of deposit, buyer’s name will be placed in next available spot of desired waiting list. The list will be posted on the website. Buyers will only be identified by their first names and state of residency.
      4. Upon whelping, puppy pictures will be uploaded to the website. Buyers will be notified via email or phone that pictures are ready. I will contact buyers in their order on waiting list. After notification, please review puppy pictures and make your selection within 3 days so those on the waiting list below you can choose. Please call or email me with your selection. I will mark the pup as "Sale Pending" with the buyers first name.
     5. Puppy pictures will be updated every few weeks so you can see your pup growing. Puppies will be ready for their new homes at 6-8 weeks old.

The purpose of this contract is to describe to the buyer what safeguards and guarantees they can expect from an ethical breeder, demonstrate the integrity of the breeder and protect the interests of both breeder and buyer.

            The buyer wishes to purchase the above mentioned dog for the following sum of $500 under the following guarantees and conditions:
   1. Breeder guarantees the above mentioned dog to be in good health the time of sale. Buyer may take said dog to a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 72 hours for a health check at the buyers expense. If dog is found to be in unsatisfactory health at that time the buyer agrees to submit an affidavit from veterinarian describing the illness to seller within 1 week from time dog is received. The seller then agrees to refund 100% of the purchase price (minus shipping) provided the living dog and registration papers are returned. Buyer assumes all shipping expenses to return dog to breeder. Buyer also is responsible for all veterinary charges incurred while in owners possession.
   2. Pedigree is correct at time of sale. Dog is able to be registered with AKC, form is given to buyer at time of sale.
   3. Buyer agrees to: Provide annual veterinary check-ups, including Heartworm preventative/Flea and tick medication and annual booster vaccinations. Provide proper home – including adequate shelter, constant water, proper nutritional intake and plenty of exercise.
   4. Buyer understands that the deposit is non-refundable if buyer decides to cancel purchase. Deposits will ONLY be refunded if desired sex is not available. If your reserved sex is not available after whelping, Jager Meister German Shorthair Pointers agrees to return buyers deposit via paypal within 3 business days or by money order mailed within 3 business days.

         Enclosed is money order deposit of $200.00 or deposit was made via paypal on ____/____/_______(date) to uplandpointers@jagermeistergsps.com (paypal address). Buyer agrees to pay remainder of balance and shipping charges prior to pickup or shipping. If puppy is to be shipped, buyer agrees to pay shipping charges of $250 +/- due prior to shipping. Upon receipt of deposit, Jager Meister German Shorthair Pointers will place buyer on waiting list for puppy, as described above. Breeder agrees to prompt information regarding whelping, sex, and colors available through personal emails to buyers. Puppy pictures shall be placed on website for reserved buyers to choose puppy. Buyer agrees to promptly review and choose puppy so that next person on waiting list can choose. Puppies will be ready for their new home at 6-8 weeks old. Breeder agrees that all puppies have had dew claws removed, tails docked, and be started on vaccinations. .
